What does your job involve?

In my current role I co-ordinate customer service aspects of hmv new ventures, primarily hmvtickets.

What opportunities have you had to progress?

I started working at the hmv Oxford Circus store in 1995 part time at weekends, going to full time after 6 months. I moved from the soul and singles department to the customer service department in the store and have never looked back. I have worked up through all the different Customer Service departments and now run my own department helping hmv be the best it can in new areas of business.
