Each quarter nominations are made for colleagues who have gone above and beyond. These nominated colleagues are reviewed by a panel and those chosen receive the prestigious Nipper Award.
in addition to the extra holiday you get when you have been with the company for a number of years, you will also receive an award to mark the occasion.
Our customer service message is 'loose fit' - be yourself. We want colleagues to know our customers connect with them and sell to them in a natural and engaging way. We have a prize for the store who has done the most to support 'loose fit'. The award is given at our annual loose fit event, the winning region wins an outstanding prize.

When business is great, we make sure everybody shares in that success and when people do great things we'll make sure their achievements are recognised and celebrated.
