The forums provide a regular opportunity to hear the views of all colleagues and to listen to the suggestions of how we should shape future business activity.
Your shout is our employee survey which gathers all colleagues views and opinions about the business and is completed on an annual basis. Getting feedback from all colleagues in the business is vital to ensure that we are really finding out what everyone thinks.
